Intro to Ritual Reform Method (Level 1 / Beginner)
Your starting point.
This guided 40-minute introduction to the Ritual Reform® Method teaches you how to move safely and effectively on the xFormer. You’ll learn foundational exercises, spring changes, transitions, and our signature sequencing structure.

Foundations (Level 1)
A 50-minute class designed to slow things down so you can truly learn the work.
Foundations dedicates extra time to each movement pattern, allowing you to understand proper alignment, tension, and muscle engagement. Expect detailed cueing, supportive corrections, and longer sets that build strength from the inside out.
Ideal for beginners, those returning from injury or pregnancy, or anyone who wants to reconnect to form, and alignment.
Appropriate for all levels.

Ritual Recovery (Level 1)
Strength meets restoration.
This 50-minute experience includes 30 minutes of focused strength work followed by 20 minutes of guided mobility and deep stretching. Ritual Recovery helps reduce tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery while still delivering intentional muscle engagement. Each stretch is intentionally selected to complement the exercises performed in class, helping release and restore the muscles you just worked.
Perfect for recovery days, nervous system reset, and balanced fitness.
Appropriate for all levels.

Ritual 50 (Level 2)
Our signature 50-minute full-body xFormer experience.
Slow, controlled, high-intensity, low-impact training designed to build strength, endurance, and muscular definition. Expect intentional sequencing, challenging holds, and smooth transitions through our signature Ritual blocks: legs, obliques, arms, and core.
This is the heart of the Ritual Reform® Method.
Appropriate for all levels.

Cardio Burst (Level 2 )
Strength with a pulse.
A traditional Ritual 50 class featuring energizing bursts of cardio between each block. Expect elevated heart rate intervals woven into our signature slow, controlled strength work.
While not a low-intensity or low-impact class, you’ll build endurance, improve cardiovascular capacity, and still experience the shake Ritual is known for.
Appropriate for all levels.

Ritual Run (Level 2)
Where strength meets endurance.
This 50-minute hybrid class begins with 20 minutes of coach-led treadmill intervals designed to build cardiovascular fitness through strategic walking, jogging, running, and sprint efforts. Then 30 minutes on the reformer for a powerful upper-body strength workout. Expect elevated heart rates, high energy, and the perfect combination of cardio and strength.
Appropriate for all levels - walkers welcome!

Ass + Abs (Level 3 / Advanced)
Glute strength meets core power.
This 50-minute class focuses on lower body sculpting and abdominal endurance. Expect heavy spring work, unilateral challenges, and extended glute sequences that build strength, shape, and stability. Ideal for clients who have taken 50 or more Level 2 classes.
Not for the faint of heart.
Requires 50+ classes and / or instructor approval.

Arms + Abs (Level 3 / Advanced)
Upper body focus. Deep core burn.
This 50-minute specialty class isolates arm and abdominal work through progressive layering and extended sets. Expect time under tension, higher repetitions, and advanced transitions that demand control and stamina. Ideal for clients who have taken 50 or more Level 2 classes.
For experienced clients ready to build serious upper-body endurance.
Requires 50+ classes and / or instructor approval.

Power 45 (Level 3 / Advanced)
Ready to get stronger?
Power 45 is our strength-training reformer class built for clients who want more challenge and more progression. Using heavier spring load resistance, controlled tempo changes, and purposeful “power round” intervals, you'll increase strength, and improve functional movement without sacrificing the precision and low-impact training you love. Every class is designed to help you lift heavier, move better, and leave feeling stronger.
Designed for seasoned Ritual clients who are ready to meet their edge.
Requires 100+ classes and / or instructor approval.
