  • if you booked using an unlimited membership, you will be charged an $18 late cancellation fee, or $25 no-show fee.

  • We are unable to provide refunds for late cancellations.

Will I lose my spot if I am late?

Yes, you may. For your safety, we reserve to right to deny latecomers access to the class. It’s important to arrive on time out of respect for your instructor and fellow classmates, and to ensure your muscles are properly warmed up. This also minimizes distractions for clients already in class.

Do credits expire?

Yes!

Drop in classes, including community and off-peak classes expire in 30 days from purchase.

5 class packs expire in 2 months from purchase.

10 class packs expire in 3 months from purchase.

Intro class packs expire 2 weeks from purchase.

We cannot extend your expiration date or give refunds for unused class credits. Class credits are non transferrable.

How does the waitlist work?

The waitlist DOES work! The best waitlist strategy is to assume that you are coming to class.

If a spot opens up you will automatically be enrolled and you will be notified by email or text. Please enable email and text notifications in the app settings to ensure you get notified!

If you do not make it into class, your class credit will be put back into your account.

The waitlist is active up to 2 hours before class starts, meaning that you will automatically be put into class up to 2 hours before class start time.

IMPORTANT: By putting yourself on the waitlist, you acknowledge that you will be able to take the class if you get in. If you do not want the spot, you need to remove yourself from the waitlist. If you get into class and cannot attend, standard penalty rates apply.

If you are on the waitlist and plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist via the app. There is no penalty for removing yourself from the waitlist, ever. If you get into class and don’t show up we cannot refund you. We cannot refund you for the lost credit or no-show fee if you don’t check your waitlist status in time.

Can I book multiple classes in a day as a backup?

This is not recommended. If you book more than one class in a day and do not attend one of the classes the standard late cancellation policy applies. We cannot refund you for the penalty.

How far in advance can I book my class?

Credit classes have a 7 day booking window.

4, 8, and 12 class memberships have a 14 day booking window.

The 20 Class membership has a 30 day booking window.

Guest passes are tied to memberships and have a 14 day booking window.

Community classes have a 30 day booking window due to limited availability.

What is an "Off-Peak" class?

Off peak classes are the same as our standard Ritual50 classes but are offered at off-peak class times, and therefore at a discount! Classes will be labeled “Off-Peak” if offered at your studio.

What are "Community Classes"?

Community classes are taught by our teachers-in-training and offered at select times only, and at certain times of the year. Please check the schedule prior to purchasing a community class credit to ensure you are able to attend. We cannot refund you for unused classes.

Look for the label “Community Class” on the schedule.
