First Class

  • Ritual Reform is a 50-minute high intensity, low impact, resistance training workout using slow and controlled movements targeting the whole body. Our class sizes are small, which means you get personalized attention during each class. We promise it will leave you stronger, leaner, more energized, and excited for more!

  • We’re honored your thinking of getting stronger with us! Ritual Reform is challenging in the best possible way. Our Ritual50 classes are designed for all levels. We also offer 40 minute Intro classes if you want to test the waters before diving in.

Note: If you were referred to us by a Physical Therapist, please contact the studio prior to booking your 1st class. We are not a classical Pilates studio and our workouts are not designed to rehabilitate certain injuries. We would like to know more about your specific needs before you hop into class.

  • Yes! In fact, this is THE workout for you. Ritual Reform works your slow-twitch muscle fibers to failure. This is like no other workout you’ve ever experienced! You will love the way you feel in and after class.

  • All Ritual50 classes are designed to accommodate beginners. We offer Intro classes twice a week at each studio to get you acquainted with our core moves, studio, and method.

  • No. Ritual Reform is different than classical contemporary Pilates. Our whole body method is loosely based on Pilates with a boost of strength training and cardio. It’s like no other workout you’ve done before. You will sweat, your muscles will shake, and your whole body will be sore. This is the most efficient, all-in-one machine you’ve ever been on.

Note: If you were referred to us by a Physical Therapist, please contact the studio prior to booking your 1st class. We are not a classical Pilates studio and our workouts are not designed to rehabilitate certain injuries. We would like to know more about your specific needs before you hop into class.

  • The Ritual Reform Method works by working slow-twitch muscle fibers to fatigue. Slow-twitch muscle fibers are built for endurance and resist fatigue, making them ideal for prolonged activities. By gradually increasing resistance on our Pilates-inspired reformer, these muscles are progressively strengthened over time. Each strength-training exercise is crafted to deliver twice the effectiveness of traditional workouts. This innovative approach helps develop long, lean, and sculpted muscles while enhancing both physical and mental strength.

  • Consistency is essential!

Whether you can commit to one class per week or three, the most effective way to see results is by showing up regularly. Due to the intensity of our workouts, recovery is important. The amount of recovery time that your body needs is unique to you.

Reach out to our team to learn about membership options that will work best for your lifestyle.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to acquaint yourself with the studio and the machines. This is very important, new students who do not arrive in time for the instructor to show you how the machine works will not be permitted to take class.

Wear grip socks. If you don’t own a pair, we sell them at the studio. Grip socks will help you stay put on the machine.

Arrive with an open mind. We are not a classical Pilates studio. We are a high-intensity fitness studio. You will sweat, your muscles will shake, you will be sore.

Hydration + carbs. Bring your water bottle, hydrate, and eat an easily digestible carb like a banana 30 minutes before class.

  • Leggings and bike shorts are ideal. If looser shorts are worn, we recommend wearing compression or bike shorts underneath. We require that grip socks be worn by our clients for the safety and cleanliness of our studio. We sell them at the studio for your convenience.

  • You can change or cancel your class up to 12 hours before the class starts without penalty. If you cancel your class within the 12-hour block, no-show to class, or arrive 5 or more minutes late for class, the penalty is as follows:
