This 30-hour program is led by the Ritual Reform senior training team. Participants will explore the science and philosophy behind the Ritual Reform™ Method, design their own routines, and practice their teaching skills over the course of 3 weekends.
Details
Prior instructing experience is not necessary for acceptance into the training program.
Our teacher training curriculum covers:
An introduction to the Ritual Reform™ Method
Anatomy of our custom machines
Effective sequencing strategies
Designing routines for different skill levels
Understanding proper form and alignment
Clear and concise movement cueing
Applying theory to hands-on teaching experiences

A $350 non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance. This deposit also grants you a 20% discount on classes leading up to the training, so you can attend as many as possible in preparation. Flexible payment plans are available—see below for full pricing and date details.
Please note: Completion of the training does not guarantee employment at Ritual Reform. A mutual decision will be made based on your fit with our students and studio, as well as your availability to teach during the hours we need coverage.

Training Dates:
Weekend 1: August 14th - 15th
Weekend 2: August 29th - 30th
Weekend 3: September 12th - 13th
Weekend 4: September 19th - 20th
Note: Full attendance is required for all sessions. We do not offer “make-up” days.
There will be scheduled breaks for snacks and meals. You’re welcome to bring food to the studio or enjoy one of the nearby restaurants. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
Post-Training:
After completing the initial training program (weekends 1+2), trainees who wish to become employed as instructors with us will be required to lead 1-2 “mock” practice classes (weekend 3) and 1-2 “community” practice classes (weekend 4). -

Studio Access for Practice
After completing the training, you’ll have access to the studio to continue practicing your routines. As part of your continued development, you'll also receive 20% off classes, so you can attend as many classes as possible!
Ongoing Mentorship from Our Team
We're committed to your growth every step of the way. Ritual Reform provides ongoing education for all instructors including quarterly workshops, and daily access to our dedicated training team.

Cost
The total cost of the training program is $2,100. You can secure your spot with a non-refundable $350 deposit.
